As a citizen, you of course need your licenses and permits to get around! This is where you would apply for such things, and it's generally recommended to get this done before venturing out into the city proper. I'm sure you've already read the note on your entry form but this doesn't hurt to remind you!

North Sanctuary is a beautiful first look at the city. Full of open spaces and generally the greeting buildings, this is better known as the best part of the city. It has a mix of middle and upper classes, and generally is where most of the families are, due to the big parks and the schools being in this area.

Nirvana Prefecture is located just past the North Sanctuary gate. In fact, this is where most of the new comers to Sanctuary will end up, as this area is the only place that has the trading vessels, such as docks and an airport. In fact, it's better known as the traveling area, as people are mostly transient in here. Those that do live here tend to get a lot of peace and quiet... well until the next plane arrives.

East Sanctuary is known as the artisan's corner. You know, the place where all of the fun stuff is. Clubs, Casinos, bars, workshops, and other such little establishments hide along in this part of the city. Of course, there are many homes here too, another mix of high and middle class, and even some of the lower classes. It might be known as the best intermixed area of the city.

Rhapsody, a location just out of the east gate. It is said to be one of the most beautiful sectors. Despite it's lack of wilderness, it has beautiful art, buildings and most of all, culture. It's said that once you end up here, you can find just about anything. Of course, it makes a big of a trek for the big shots in West Sanctuary, but considering how everyone ends up here at some point, it's quite well worth it.

South Sanctuary is in between the East and West sections of the city, and actually the furthest away from the welcoming area. In fact, it's known as the near slums of the city, with most of the 'bad' crowd and rumours located here. Conveniently, the police force is located, and trains here. Of course, this means this place is highly dangerous and often the prime locale for fights.

A another segment of Sanctuary, but located past South Sanctuary, this prefecture is known as the worst place to be. Namely, slums, mazes, crimes and generally a disregard for any morals can be found in this area. It is highly suggested to any civilian to avoid this area intensely, and to enter at your own risk.

The more tight and easy business locale of the entire city, almost all of the residents, if any, are high middle class and higher. It's said that the government is located here, along with all of the banks. After all, it's the one place in the city where one can make it or break it within a few short hours.
