A beautifully large center for all of those that seem to arrive to the city of Sanctuary. It holds habours for both sea and air travel, and has a large number of cabs, trucks and other things bustling to and fro as supplies get shipped in or people go to the city. It's said that arriving here is like going through judgement sometimes, as the entire approval process needs to be brought through here.

Nirvana Prefecture is located just past the North Sanctuary gate. In fact, this is where most of the new comers to Sanctuary will end up, as this area is the only place that has the trading vessels, such as docks and an airport. In fact, it's better known as the traveling area, as people are mostly transient in here. Those that do live here tend to get a lot of peace and quiet... well until the next plane arrives.
